Scrambled Eggs Fraiche image

This is a wonderful, slightly creamy egg dish. The chopped parsley gives it tons of great color! If you can't find creme fraiche in your grocery store, just combine 1 tablespoon of buttermilk with 1 cup heavy whipping cream. Stir together and pour into a jar. Very lightly screw the lid on and let sit for 5 to 8 hours. This it can be refrigerated for 10 to 14 days.

Overall, I thought these scrambled eggs were pretty good. They were easy to make and they tasted fine. I would probably make them again, but I might add some additional seasonings to taste.

These scrambled eggs were a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have preferred them with more salt and pepper.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my scrambled eggs turned out dry and overcooked. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These scrambled eggs were a bit too rich for my taste. I think I would have preferred them with less crème fraîche. But they were still very good.
