This was good and filling - the original recipe (Weight Watchers Magazine January 2009) used ham - I used some leftover chicken instead. This is about 3 WW points/serving.

Steps:
- Whisk together ingredients in a bowl.
- Spray skillet with Pam and heat of medium.
- Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook, stirring until done.
- Note: I also think this will work as an omelet, cooking until done and folding in half.

[email protected]I'm not a big fan of Egg Beaters, but this recipe made me a believer! The eggs were light and fluffy, and the cheese and salt and pepper gave them a great flavor. I'll definitely be making these again.

[email protected]These eggs were so bland! I had to add a lot of salt and pepper just to make them palatable. I won't be making these again.

[email protected]Not bad for a quick breakfast. I would have liked it more if I had added some vegetables, but it was still a good way to use up some leftover Egg Beaters.

[email protected]These scrambled eggs came out so fluffy and flavorful! I loved that I could use Egg Beaters to make them a little healthier, and the addition of salt and pepper gave them just the right amount of seasoning. I'll definitely be making these again.
