Schwarties Hash Browns image

This is a family comfort food. It tastes so good, but needs to be eaten in moderation as it is extremily rich. Serve with sausage or ham and corn. A variation on this dish uses any cream soup for a different flavour.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my hash browns turned out really dry.

I'm not really a fan of hash browns, but these were actually pretty good. I liked the flavor of the potatoes and the onions.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my hash browns turned out soggy. I think I might have used too much oil.

These hash browns were amazing! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I used russet potatoes, and they turned out perfectly. I will definitely be making these again.
