i was gonna do bacon wrapped scallops but no toothpicks so came up with this very good!!!

Steps:
- 1. cut bacon into bite size pieces into cast iron fry pan fry til crisp add chopped onion cook til soft
- 2. pre heat oven to 400 arange scallops on top of bacon/onion put in oven cook 5 min turn scallops over cook 5 min more remove from oven
- 3. put scallops into servin dish[cover to keep warm put pan on stove add butter turn on high cook and stir bacon/onion mix til reduced by 1/2 add sour cream heat til hot add scallops into pan turnin to coat well with sauce serve ENJOY!!!!
