This is a great recipe! I've made it several times and it's always a hit. I usually add a bit of chopped ham or bacon to the sauce, and sometimes I'll top it with bread crumbs before baking.

This was an easy and delicious recipe. I used a mandoline to slice the potatoes, which made it much easier. I also added some chopped parsley to the sauce for extra flavor.

This is a classic dish that is always a crowd-pleaser. I like to use a variety of cheeses in the sauce, such as cheddar, Gruyère, and Parmesan. I also add a bit of nutmeg for extra flavor.

This recipe was a disaster! The potatoes were undercooked and the sauce was too thick. I won't be making this again.

This was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more cheese and maybe some spices next time.
