This is a family favorite at the holidays and for birthdays. This is a great side dish for ham or turkey. It can also be served as a desert with vanilla ice cream.

Steps:
- 1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Grease 2 quart dish
- 2. Mix sugar and butter, add beaten eggs
- 3. fold in bread cubes and crushed pineapple
- 4. Cook uncovered for 45 min -1 hour, check at 45 minutes for golden brown and bubbling. Will be very HOT. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
