This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The sauce was very creamy and the scallops were a bit oily. I would try this dish again, but I would use a lighter sauce.

The scallops were a bit bland, but the sauce was delicious. I would try this dish again, but I would add more seasoning to the scallops.

This dish was a bit more work than I expected, but it was worth it. The scallops were tender and juicy, and the sauce was creamy and flavorful. The spaghetti squash was a nice touch, but I think I would have preferred regular pasta.
