Savory Spinach & Broccoli Quiche image

I make this recipe all the time for brunch. My family absolutely loves it! It's savory and simple to make. Notes: I like to use the Cabot brand extra sharp cheddar. Cabot Cheddar can be purchased at the specialty cheese section in most grocery stores. You can also buy it at Whole Foods & Trader Joes.

I thought this quiche was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably wouldn't make it again.

This was the worst quiche I've ever had! The crust was soggy and the filling was bland. I would not recommend this recipe.

The quiche was a little dry. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different type of cheese, or if I had added some more milk or cream to the filling.

This quiche was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had added some more herbs or spices to the filling.

The quiche was easy to make and turned out beautifully. The only change I made was to add a little bit of garlic to the filling. It was a delicious and satisfying meal.

This quiche was a hit with my family! The flavors of the spinach, broccoli, and cheese were perfectly balanced, and the crust was flaky and golden brown. I will definitely be making this again.
