I'm not usually a fan of squash, but this dish changed my mind. The sweetness of the apples and the spices really balanced out the flavor of the squash. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover squash and apples. I had some butternut squash that was starting to go bad, so I decided to give this recipe a try. I'm so glad I did! The dish was delicious and I will definitely be making it again.

This is a great recipe for a fall gathering. It's easy to double or triple the recipe to feed a crowd. I also like to make it ahead of time and reheat it for parties.

I love that this recipe is so versatile. You can use any type of squash or apples that you like. I also like to add a little bit of chopped bacon or sausage to the dish for extra flavor.
