- 1. In a blender, blend undrained tomatoes, undrained Rotel, undrained chilies, jalapenos, lime juice and salt until thickend. Add onions and cilantro. Pulse a couple of more times. Pour into a container with tight fitting lid and chill several hours or overnight so flavors can blend well.
