Sprinkle with additional chives., To Make Ahead: Prepare casserole as directed. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. To use, preheat oven to 350°. Remove casserole from refrigerator while oven heats. Bake, as directed. Sprinkle with additional chives.
