- Preheat oven to 450. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl Mix creamed corn, butter, eggs, milk into bowl with dry ingredients. Dice jalapeños and add to mixture. Add cheese, stir. Pour into med muffin pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
