Dressing:
2 1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)
1/4 teaspoon dark seasame oil
FISH:
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups gourmet salad greens

Steps:

  • 1. To prepare dressing, combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well with a whisk. 2. To prepare fish, heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fish evenly with salt and pepper. Add fish to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doness. Arrange 1 cup greens on each of 4 plates. Top each serving with 1 fish fillet; drizzle with 2 tablespoons dressing.

This recipe was a disaster! The tilapia was overcooked and the dressing was too sweet. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I'm not a fan of tilapia, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The tilapia was cooked perfectly and the dressing was delicious. I'll definitely be making this again.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my tilapia didn't come out flaky. It was still good, but not as good as I was hoping for.

The tilapia was a little dry, but the dressing was delicious.

This recipe was a little bland for me. I think I would have liked it more if I had added some more spices or herbs.

The sauce was amazing! I used a little less honey than the recipe called for, but it was still plenty sweet. The tilapia was cooked perfectly and flaked easily with a fork.

I tried this recipe last night and it was a hit! The tilapia came out flaky and tender, and the dressing was the perfect accompaniment. I especially loved the pop of flavor from the scallions.
