Sauteed SPINACH IN BALSAMIC VINEGAR image

I like fresh spinach and when I cook it to serve as a side dish I like to make this recipe, the balsamic vinegar gives it just the right zip that makes it even better.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my spinach was a bit overcooked.

This dish was a bit too tangy for my taste, but I think that's because I used a very strong balsamic vinegar.

This sautéed spinach with balsamic vinegar was a delightful and healthy side dish that I highly recommend. The spinach was perfectly cooked, still slightly crisp, and the balsamic vinegar added a wonderful tangy flavor.
