SAUSAGE WONTONS image

Yield Makes 12 wontons

Number Of Ingredients 6

12 wonton squares
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, browned (may use hot or mild)
1/4 cup chopped green onion
12 black olives, sliced
3/4 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup colby/jack or other cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Gently press wontons into muffin pan. Bake 350 degrees until corner tips start to turn brown and cups hold their shape (about 5 minutes). Remove from pan and place in shallow baking dish. Layer ingredients in the wonton cups in the order given, ending with the cheese. Bake 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
