This was a delicious and easy recipe to make. I used ground turkey instead of sausage, and it turned out great. I also added some chopped spinach to the stuffing for extra nutrition. My family loved it!

I'm not a big fan of squash, but I really enjoyed this dish. The sausage stuffing was flavorful and moist, and the squash was tender and not too sweet. I would definitely make this again.
