Posting for ZWT6 Scandinavia Region. This is from www.gretchencooks.com The original recipe calls for falukorv, a traditional Swedish sausage that is not exported to the U.S. Kielbasa may be as close as you can get.

This recipe is a keeper! I've made it several times, and it's always a hit. I love the way the sausage and mushrooms flavor the sauce. I also like that it's a one-pot meal, so there's less cleanup.

This dish was a bit too Bland for my taste. I think it could have used more spices, or maybe some red pepper flakes. Otherwise, it was a good recipe.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. I think it could have used less sour cream, or maybe some yogurt instead. Otherwise, it was a good recipe.

I'm a vegetarian, so I substituted the sausage for tofu. It turned out really well! The tofu absorbed the flavors of the sauce, and it was a delicious and satisfying meal.
