I'm not a huge fan of spinach, but I really enjoyed this soup. The sausage and wild rice were really flavorful, and the spinach just added a nice touch of green. I'll definitely be making this again.

I love this soup! It's so easy to make and it's always a hit with my family. I usually add a little extra sausage and spinach, and I sometimes use brown rice instead of wild rice. It's always delicious, no matter how I make it.

I wasn't sure how I would like the wild rice in this soup, but I was pleasantly surprised! It added a nice nutty flavor and texture. I'll definitely be using wild rice in more of my soups in the future.
