I got this in the coupon inserts from a Sunday edition of the Houston Chronicle. I didn't see anything exactly like it, so I decided to post it. This makes a great breakfast or dinner. It's easy to prepare and easy on the pocketbook, too!

This was a great recipe! I made it for breakfast this morning and it was a hit with my family. The sausage and eggs were cooked perfectly and the cheese was melted and gooey. I will definitely be making this again.

This is a great recipe for a quick and easy breakfast. I used mild breakfast sausage and it was perfect. I also added some chopped green peppers and onions to the scramble. It was a great way to use up leftover sausage and veggies. I will definitely
