I love to make dishes ahead and freeze them for holiday company. I made 3 quiches for Christmas breakfast this year, and this one was everyone's favorite. I like to use Jimmy Dean spicy sausage, but you could also use regular or Italian sausage as well.

This quiche was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably won't make it again.

This was my first time making a quiche and it was a disaster! The crust was too thick and the filling was bland. I'll stick to my tried and true recipes from now on.

The quiche was good, but the crust was a bit soggy. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This quiche was a bit bland for my taste. I would have liked more seasoning.
