This is a great ALL IN ONE dish for that busy evening or covered dish. cook everything ahead and just toss it together last min. Add a veg and salad and you've got a meal..

Steps:
- 1. Brown sausage, break up as it cooks, drain off grease. Cook Noodles according to package, DO NOT over cook.
- 2. Layer in a 13 X 9 baking pan. Half of the noodles, half of the sausage, half of the sauerkraut (no need to heat kraut) Repeat layers in order again, then dot with the butter.
- 3. Bake in 350 degree over for 30-40 min. or until heated through and the top is starting to brown. This is an old depression recipe that my Grandmother would make.
