This is a never fail make ahead breakfast for a larger crowd of just hungry people! :) Very creamy, cheesy and satisfying! Easy to prepare the night before and simply bake in the morning. I have made this many times when overnight guests are expected. Always a hit and super easy to boot! Original recipe came from a 1993 TV Guide....

[email protected]This dish was so easy to make and so versatile. I added some chopped spinach and mushrooms, and it was a great way to get my veggies in. I also think it would be great with some salsa or hot sauce.

[email protected]I've tried many sausage egg bake recipes, but this one is by far the best. The secret is in the spices. I added a little bit of paprika and garlic powder, and it really made the dish pop.
