Total hit for any dinner party, appetizer, or game day. These are always a crowd pleaser. Heck, you could even freeze a dozen or so and used them as meatballs in a pinch over pasta or on sandwiches. Serve these with a side of BBQ sauce, Honey Mustard or Ranch Dressing, or Marinara Sauce.

I'm allergic to sausage, so I made these appetizer balls with ground turkey instead. They were still really good!

These appetizer balls were a lot of work to make and they didn't turn out very well. I wouldn't recommend them.

I found these appetizer balls to be a bit bland. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

These appetizer balls were a little too greasy for my taste. I think I'll try baking them instead of frying them next time.

I'm not a big fan of sausage, but I really enjoyed these appetizer balls. The cheese and spices balanced out the sausage flavor perfectly.
