I love that this casserole can be customized to your liking. You can add different vegetables, cheeses, or meats. It's a great way to use up leftovers too.

This casserole is a great make-ahead breakfast. I usually make it on the weekend and then reheat it during the week for a quick and easy breakfast.

This casserole is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the cheesy hash brown topping and they don't even notice the spinach.

This casserole was bland and flavorless. I had to add a lot of salt and pepper to make it edible.

This casserole is a little on the greasy side, but it's still delicious. I would recommend using a leaner sausage next time.

This casserole was a disappointment. The eggs were overcooked and the sausage was dry. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.

Not a fan of this recipe. The hash browns were soggy and the sausage was too greasy. I won't be making this again.

This casserole was a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add some diced peppers and onions next time to give it more flavor.
