Sausage Bites image

These little bites are tasty. I have also cooked these without cheese and the are still divine!!!! I hope you enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 can(s) (10 count) grands jr flaky biscuits
1 lb pork sausage, mild (i prefer tennessee pride)
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400.
  • 2. Mix raw sausage and cheese gently until well blended. Shape into 40 balls of equal size.
  • 3. Remove biscuits from cans and separate each biscuit into 2 layers, making 40 biscuit layers.
  • 4. Press one layer of biscuit into cup of lightly greased mini-cupcake pan. Repeat with remaining layers.
  • 5. Place a sausage-cheese ball in each biscuit cup. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are browned and sausage balls are bubbly.
