Time 1h

Number Of Ingredients 12

1/2 lb hot ground sausage
1/2 lb ground beef
3 clove garlic
1 can(s) corn
1 jar(s) olives (small jar)
1 c cubed velveeta
1/2 jar(s) salsa (mild, medium or hot-your preference)
2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 pkg rice a roni-beef flavored
1 bag(s) success boil in bag rice
2 c colby cheese-shredded
1 can(s) ro-tel tomatoes with chilis

Steps:

  • 1. Brown sausage, ground beef and garlic. Make both pkgs of rice as directed. Add rice to drained sausage and ground beef. Add corn, salsa, olives and tomatoes. Pour both pkgs of taco seasoning in, and stir.. Add in cubed velveeta. Pour 1/2 of the mix into a deep casserole dish (I used a disposable aluminum one), layer 1/2 of the shredded cheese, followed by the rest of the mix. Bake for 25 mins @ 350°. After 25 mins, put the rest of the shredded cheese on it and put back in the oven until melted.
