Sausage Balls image

Chances are, if you attend a wedding down south, you will see these wonderful treats on the table. They aren't just good for weddings though. A great treat for snacking anytime. They are easy to make. Enjoy this recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 3

3 c biscuit mix (bisquick)
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb jimmy dean tube sausage, medium heat

Steps:

  • 1. Mix Bisquick, raw sausage and cheese together. Roll into small walnut size balls. It takes quite a bit of mixing. If it seems too stiff, add one Tbs. water. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. May be frozen....
