Everyone who has tried this really liked it. It can be served as a main dish with vegetables or it is really good as a meal by itself with bread and butter.

This is a great recipe for a quick and easy weeknight meal. It's also very versatile. You can use different types of sausage, rice, and vegetables. I've even added a can of black beans to it before.

I'm not a big fan of sausage, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the cheese was melted and gooey. I will definitely be making this again.

This sausage and rice casserole is a keeper! It's easy to make and so flavorful. I used ground turkey instead of sausage, and it was still delicious. My family loved it.
