A favorite of most of the kids in our family and those friends that tagged along to dinner on any odd night. Great served with sauted apples.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover sausage. It's also a great dish to take to potlucks.

The casserole was a bit dry. I would add more milk or sauce next time.

This casserole was a little too bland for my taste. I would add more spices next time.

I'm not a fan of sausage, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The macaroni and cheese were cooked perfectly and the breadcrumb topping was delicious.
