The picture of the hotdish on the recipe page looks nothing like the dish that I ended up with.

This recipe was an absolute disaster! The hotdish was burnt and the sauerkraut was sour.

I wouldn't recommend this recipe. The hotdish was bland and the texture was mushy.

I found that the hotdish was a bit too greasy. I think I'll try using less butter or oil next time.

The hotdish was a little too salty for my taste. I think I'll try using less salt next time.

This was really easy to make and it tasted great. I'm not a huge fan of sauerkraut, but I found that the flavor wasn't too overpowering in this dish.

The sauerkraut added a nice tanginess to the dish. I also really liked the crispy tater tots on top.
