I found this recipe on lazygourmets.com. It is really tasty! I've made it twice and I think that it is even better the next day. Hope you like it, too.

1 1/2-2 lbs stew meat
1 can campbell's condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 can campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope lipton dry onion soup mix

Steps:

  • Place beef in crockpot.
  • Mix dry and canned soups together, pour over beef.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Serve over noodles or rice.
