This recipe came from my grandmother. The directions are for baking in the oven, but I have done these in the crock pot as well as they turn out great. These are really good with mashed potatoes. A great comfort food meal. Easy and delicious!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my pork chops turned out dry and tough. The sauce was good, though.

The pork chops were a little bland, but the sauce was good. I would probably add some more spices to the chops next time.

The pork chops were a bit dry, but the sauce was delicious. I think I would add more liquid to the pan next time.
