- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks.
- Mash the yolks with the onions, ketchup, mayonnaise and sardines.
- Stuff the whites with the yolk mixture.
- Arrange the pimientos on top.
- Might look nice arranged on lettuce leaves.
