Number Of Ingredients 11

2 Lbs. Ground Turkey or Ground Beef
1 Large Yellow Onion Chopped
1 Package of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix
1 16 oz. Can of each of the following (undrained)
Black, Pinto, Kidney Beans, Diced Tomatoes w/ Chilies, Tomato Wedges
2 16 oz. Cans of White Corn
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Green Onion
Tortilla Chips
Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Brown Meat and Onion together, and then stir in the dressing mix and taco seasoning. Add remaining ingredients (undrained) and simmer for at least 2 hours. Serve with chopped green onion, shredded cheddar, sour cream and tortilla chips
