5 pounds boneless skinless thighs
Marinade:
½ cup miso
½ cup smooth peanut butter
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup sugar
½ cup beer
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Steps:

  • Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken overnight in refrigerator. Grill over charcoal.
