I grilled the kabobs over charcoal and they turned out amazing! The charcoal gave the steak a nice smoky flavor.

I didn't have any tri-tip steak on hand, so I used flank steak instead. It turned out great! The flank steak was very tender and flavorful.

I found that the steak was a bit dry, even though I followed the recipe exactly. I think next time I will marinate the steak for longer.

These kabobs were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I think next time I will use less chili pepper in the marinade.

I'm not a big fan of tri-tip steak, but I decided to give this recipe a try and I was pleasantly surprised. The marinade really tenderized the steak and gave it a great flavor. I will definitely be making this again.
