This pie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved it. I think I would cut back on the sugar in the caramel sauce next time.

I've made this pie twice now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The caramel sauce is amazing, and I love the way it seeps into the sweet potato filling. The crust is also very good, and it holds up well to the filling.
