SALMON CAKES WITH CUCUMBER SAUCE image

This is a great lighter dish to serve - especially in the hot weather months. You need nothing more. It is a complete main dish with a cucumber relish/salad. Honestly, even if you are not a fan of salmon - I think you will find this recipe will change your mind. Hope you enjoy!

These salmon cakes were a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add more salt and pepper next time. The cucumber sauce was good, but I think it would be even better with a little bit of lemon juice added.

These salmon cakes were easy to make and turned out great! I used fresh dill instead of dried, and I think it really made a difference in the flavor. The cucumber sauce was also very good. I will definitely be making these again.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my salmon cakes turned out dry and crumbly. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. The cucumber sauce was good, though.
