I had a hard time finding mini croissants, so I used regular croissants instead. The sandwiches were still good, but they were a bit too big.

I used smoked salmon instead of cooked salmon. The sandwiches were still very good, but I think I prefer the flavor of cooked salmon better.

I'm not a fan of capers, so I omitted them from the recipe. The sandwiches were still delicious.

These sandwiches are a great way to use up leftover salmon. I always have some leftover salmon after I make a salmon dinner, and these sandwiches are a great way to use it up.

These sandwiches are so good! I love the combination of flavors and textures. The salmon is flaky and moist, the cream cheese is tangy and creamy, and the capers add a nice briny flavor.
