Salami And Cream Cheeses Wedges image

I got this recipe from a little cookbook entitled "Tested Best", which featured recipes from America's food companies test kitchens. Surprisingly good for little effort, and it can be varied to suit your taste. A great addition to an appetizer tray, or even as a late night snack!

These wedges were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would have used less salami next time.

The wedges were easy to make, but they were a bit bland. I think I would have added some more spices to the filling.

These wedges were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would have preferred to use a lower-fat cream cheese.
