I'm not usually a fan of goat cheese, but it really works in this salad. The tanginess of the cheese pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the berries.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover berries. I had a pint of raspberries that were starting to go bad, so I threw them in this salad and they were delicious.

I've made this salad several times now and it's always a hit! The dressing is so easy to make and it's so versatile. I've used it on other salads, as a marinade for chicken, and even as a dipping sauce for vegetables.

This salad is a delightful burst of flavors and textures. The raspberry vinaigrette is the perfect complement to the crisp greens, juicy berries, and creamy goat cheese. I especially love the addition of pistachios, which gives the salad a nice crunc
