I love that this vinaigrette is made with olive oil. It's so much healthier than other vinaigrettes that are made with vegetable oil.

I'm not a big fan of vinaigrettes, but this one is really good. It's not too oily or vinegary, and it has a nice balance of flavors.

This vinaigrette is really good, but it's a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll try using less salt next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my vinaigrette didn't turn out as thick as I expected. I think I might have used the wrong type of mustard.

This vinaigrette is a bit too tart for my taste. I think I'll try adding a little bit of honey next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my vinaigrette turned out really oily. I think I might have added too much olive oil.

I'm not a huge fan of vinaigrettes, but this one is really good. It's light and flavorful, and it doesn't overpower the salad.
