Salad Smoothie image

Going raw is a great lifestyle choice. You can find a lot of fruit smoothies that taste good. Here is a great vegetable one too.

1 cup water, or as desired
½ orange, peeled
1 cup fresh spinach
½ raw beet, peeled
⅓ cup baby carrots
⅓ cup cauliflower florets
⅓ cup broccoli florets
¼ cup blueberries, or to taste
1 stalk celery
½ lime, peeled
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Steps:

  • Pour water into the pitcher of a high-powered blender; add the orange, spinach, beet, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, blueberries, celery, lime, honey, and chia seeds. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
