2 rutabagas peeled and diced
1 Tbsp bacon drippings
1 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Place rutabagas in a pan covered with water. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
