Yield 1 loaf

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 1/2 C water (between 65 and 75 degrees)
2 teas oil (between 65 and 75 degrees)
3 C bread flour (mix A)
3 TBLS sugar
2 teas xanthan gum
1 teas salt
1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/2 teas)
possible add-ins (add during knead cycle)
*Sun-dried tomato and garlic: heat 1 teas oil, stir in 2 TBLS minced garlic and cook until soft, add in 3/4 C well-drained & chopped sun-dried tomatoes, let cool
Parmesan: 3/4 C coarsley grated parmesan
Rosemary: 2 TBLS chopped rosemary
Onion-Dill: heat 2 TBLS oil in pan, stir in 1 C finely choppped onion, cook until soft, add in 1 TBLS fresh dill weed (opt), let cool
Rosemary-Olive: 3/4 to 1 C kalamata olives and 1 - 2 TBLS chopped rosemary
