This marmalade is a winner! The grapefruit flavor is perfectly balanced with the sugar. It's not too sweet and not too tart. I love the way it brightens up my morning toast or yogurt. It's also a great addition to cocktails and desserts.

I found this marmalade to be too bitter for my taste. The grapefruit flavor was very overpowering, and I didn't enjoy the bitterness. I think it would be better suited for use as a glaze or sauce than as a spread.
