Rosemary Parmesan Roasted Mushrooms image

A variety of mushrooms makes this a great side for steaks or even as a snack atop of French bread. Using a food processer to slice the mushrooms makes this come together very quickly. Do not salt before cooking as the salt pulls the moisture out of the mushrooms.

These mushrooms are a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I often add chopped carrots, celery, and onion to the pan.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my mushrooms came out dry and tough. Maybe I didn't cook them long enough?

The mushrooms were a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add some garlic and thyme next time.
