I'm allergic to limes. Do you think I could use lemons instead?

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my sorbet turned out really bitter. I think I might have used too much rosemary.

This recipe is missing some important instructions. It doesn't say how long to blend the ingredients or how to store the sorbet.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my sorbet came out too icy. I think I might have over-blended it.

This sorbet is a bit too tart for my taste, but I think it would be perfect for someone who likes sour flavors.

I was a bit skeptical about the rosemary, but it really worked well with the lime. The sorbet was light and fluffy, and the flavor was perfectly balanced.
