Steps:
- 1. Combine cheese with mayonnaise, chopped nuts and onion. Mix in black pepper and cayenne, and blend thoroughly.
- 2. Press into 3-cup ring mold. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 3. To serve, dip mold into a pan of hot water for 15-20 seconds before turning out on to a serving platter.
- 4. Fill center with strawberry preserves and serve at once with Ritz crackers.
