1/2 cup nonfat milk
6 ounces diet root beer
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
3/4 cup ice cube
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place all in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
